Lego® Serious Play®

Lego® Serious Play®

"You can learn more about a
person in an hour of
play than you can from a lifetime conversation" - Plato.

Research shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization. For more information on the method, visit the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® official website here.

Participants apply the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to an almost endless series of personal, team, and enterprise development topics. The purpose of a workshop will be determined in close collaboration with the workshop facilitator.

Some examples could include: Personal career development and planning, Improving team communication, Building strategy through scenarios, Innovation, and creativity, and Building a strong leadership team.

Testimonials

“Inge Larsen is a very distinguished and educated professional. She has combined her experiences, education, and management skills to become a better leader in her organization. My experience of working with Inge was very interesting and detail-oriented. She helped me learn a lot about managing the world's cultures and how to become a better manager within the corporate environment regardless of where I traveled.”

“Inge is a highly qualified professor who manages to combine theory and practice to make the contents easier to be applied in real life and, as a result, develop professional and personal skills. She knows how to increase the performance of the students and motivate them to keep learning new concepts. I have enjoyed having Inge as a teacher for the past years, and I recommend her to anyone because she is an exceptional professional.”

“I had the pleasure of being taught by Inge; she was highly fair towards her students and very supportive of our beliefs and opinions. It can not have been easy having so many cultures in one classroom; however, we always managed to work well. I would highly recommend Inge as a teacher or as a leader as she helped and guided her students through the transitions and changes of personal development and skills improvements.”
